One of the important components of e-NAM Project is change management. This comprises of behavioral, operational and administrative changes. These changes are desirable and essential to enable adoption of e-NAM processes as a daily practice. Since e-NAM is a digital platform and serves varied stakeholders. Training and awareness sessions are an important part of the scheme focussing on farmers, traders, CA's, APMC Officials, Mandi Board etc. so that every participant is able to operate on the e-NAM for its business requirement.
